Before you can view your record, our system requires that a library staff member enter your PIN into the system. The PIN is case sensitive and may be up to 8 characters in length. Call or visit your nearest Sheppard Memorial Library branch to have your PIN set up.
Your Patron / Alternate ID number is your library card number without spaces.
